Never shows my balance on meters unless I refresh page for 10mins.my gas always fails so has to be input manually.Slow and recently took double payment from me.Worst app ever used

Can't perform even the most basic function it's designed for. Fails to get my balance almost constantly, it takes twenty minutes or more to get it to load if I want to transfer credit between my meters or anything.

Useless app.lm on a smart meter so no need to download meter reading but my bills are not being shown on app,last bill was 26 Nov so next bill should have been in February.also it's say next reading is not due till July! I would like to go back to paper billing as l given up on this app.
